Director of Strategic Outreach
The Center for Talent Innovation (CTI), a non-profit research think tank based in New York City, is seeking a full-time director of strategic outreach to lead stakeholder management with organizations that belong to the Task Force for Talent Innovation, and to develop approaches for strengthening and advancing the organization's brand and impact. CTI drives ground-breaking research that leverages talent across the divides of gender, generation, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, geography and culture. CTI's flagship project is the Task Force for Talent Innovation - a private sector task force which focuses on seeding programs and practices that attract, retain, and accelerate new streams of talent around the world. CTI has driven a transformational research agenda, publishing a series of breakthrough studies that have reshaped the way corporations and organizations think about and manage their human capital.
The position reports to the CEO and Co-Presidents of the Center for Talent Innovation and will manage a small communications and outreach team. The position will also be part of the CTI management team headed by the Co-Presidents, and including leads from key functional areas within the organization (research, publications, and strategic advisory).

Education: Masters/Professional degree (MBA, MA, MS, PhD, etc.) preferred
