Senior Outreach Manager

The Senior Outreach Manager sets strategy and drives relationships for our Task Force and research sponsor companies. The successful candidate will help forge new relationships to build CTI's visibility, impact, and financial resources, as well as cultivate and deepen existing relationships. The Senior Outreach Manager will expand and diversify CTI's community and funding pipeline and work closely with other team members to secure resources for new initiatives. They will also develop outreach and engagement plans for the future. This position will report to the SVP of Operations, Outreach, and Strategic Planning. This position is based in New York City. Outreach Associate

The Outreach Associate tracks relationships and monitors outreach efforts with CTI's Task Force members and clients. The successful candidate will help implement CTI's strategic outreach plans, ensuring Task Force members and prospects are engaged and aware of member benefits, and that clients and prospects are regularly engaged as well. A key piece of their responsibility is to establish and maintain a method of managing customer relationships and systems to support that work. Associate

The Associate supports the Center’s research on diversity and inclusion as well as its client advisory services, taking on a significant role in quantitative and qualitative analysis. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in social research management, design, analysis, and interpretation, as well as awareness and interest in emerging issues of diversity and inclusion.
